The concept of purely electric and even hybrid vehicle models is still relatively a fresh one for many of automakers and even more so for consumers. So when Nissan announced that they have reached that remarkable milestone of 50,000 Nissan Leafs sold since they were first manufactured in 2010, is a great feat. This isn’t to say all are in the United States, some of are also in Europe and Japan, so worldwide.
